The Alliance Jumble of I Love Money

I Love Money, VH1 No Comments

I Love Money is starting to get just as confusing as some seasons of Survivor and Big Brother, alliance wise. There are so many alliances in this game that’s it’s hard to keep track of them all. After the elimination of Chance last week, the lines were drawn as new alliances formed from old friendships. To sum things up there are the remainder of the Stallionaires being: Real, Whiteboy and Hoopz. Rodeo thinks she’s in the alliance but she’s kind of not. Then we have the new Gold Team alliance which is: 12 Pack, Entertainer, Pumkin, Toastee and Heather. The pair in the house is Brandi and Megan but they are now also working with Pumkin and Toastee so there is a lot of meshing going on.

Before their challenge began we saw the new alliances congregate together. Pumkin and Toastee, fearing their life in their current bedroom, moved in with their new alliance. Hoopz and Rodeo also showed their new allegiance with the green team by moving into their bedroom. At their next challenge the money lovers were faced with eating food that was actually normal. Before the mission began Hoopz and Rodeo decided to throw it, saving their alliance of Whiteboy and Real. But since Heather was the leader for their team she got to decide that Hoopz would sit out, leaving it all up to Rodeo. Megan was the leader for the other team and would play a large role later.

During the entire challenge the green team was in the lead. They first ate sushi, food from a buffet, chicken and then crepes. Rodeo didn’t even have to throw it to much thanks to Entertainers lack of eating so there wasn’t as much drama as expected. Most came at the end when almost everyone puked their guts up. Seriously, the food they had wasn’t even disgusting so I don’t know what the huge deal was.

Back at the house the gold team finally had to return back to the vault. The few hours before they had to decide who would be nominated, Rodeo decided to kiss every one’s ass but it severally backfired. Inside the vault she was voted 5 - 2 to go into the box. She revolted against the idea, saying Toastee and Pumkin lied to her but it didn’t help. Hoopz and Toastee also went into the box, one for being a traitor while Toastee put herself in.

During the power outing Megan had the three girls talk to her dog, saying she was decide who went home. Hoopz and Toastee took it as a joke while Rodeo cried her heart out, thinking Megan was serious. That wasn’t all Rodeo did during the power outing as she bended to Megan’s every beck and call. I was surprised Rodeo would stoop that low to stay since she was very powerful and nothing like this on the Rock of Love.

When the power outing was over Megan was stuck voting one of the three girls out. She struggled somewhat as she swore on the Bible that she would do whatever her team wanted. That’s where the problem came as she wanted Rodeo gone. Her “team”, being Whiteboy, wanted Toastee gone for getting rid of Chance while her secret alliance, Brandi and Pumkin, wanted Hoopz gone.

Later that night it was time for Megan to choose who was going to be bounced. After insulting Toastee, but giving her her check, Megan hindered her alliance but it seems Toastee will keep it going for just a bit longer. It was then down to Hoopz and Rodeo. After calling Rodeo up and giving her nice comments, she bounced Rodeo from the game, making the decision for herself. I’m not sure why she would do that though since now she angered both the green team and her secret alliance but hey it’s her decision. Once Rodeo left the yard the host then revealed that the teams were now done with. With the game now turning individual how will the jumble of alliances pan out? Tune in next Sunday as we get a double dose of I Love Money.

Libra Gets Paid Back On Big Brother 10

Big Brother 10, CBS No Comments

Big Brother is known for it’s explosive arguments this season and I think after the HoH was won there won’t be a dry spell anytime soon. Following Jerry’s very crazy Power of Veto speech nobody was happy with him. Everyone from Memphis to Michelle felt Jerry went out of his way to belittle Dan, calling him “Judas”. Dan couldn’t have been more thrilled though as he felt it helped his game. He knew everyone was angry with Jerry now and the target was moving off of himself.

Although Libra felt dead in the water, Keesha somewhat buried herself a bit by getting in a fight with April. She and Ollie wanted to switch up the game since April felt Keesha was jealous of her looks. This left Ollie to go to Libra about using their votes plus Jerry’s to keep her in the game. She only needed to get Dan to vote for her and that was the issue. The problem came when Memphis offered Dan an alliance called the “renegades”. It would consist of the two of them plus Keesha and Renny. They felt they should keep their alliance separate from the girls but string them along as far as they could. When Libra talked to Dan about being the swing vote he couldn’t give her a yes or no and she accepted that. Dan wavered on his vote but still seemed set on voting Libra out with his new alliance.

For the interview from home we finally got to see Libra’s husband talk about the “issue” of her leaving her twins. This means BB is betting on Libra going, since most who get a chat from home are mostly likely on the bubble to leave. In his chat Libra’s husband let us know she is a great mother and that his mother in law helps him with Libra’s children. They then played the Michelle freak out for him and he was obviously shaken by it. He didn’t like the way she talked about Libra taking the trip and that her children should be taken away. Although he knew she was strong he felt she was there for the right reasons, hopefully putting her critics to rest.

When it came time to talk to the houseguests Julie focused on the Dan/Jerry fight. Dan joked about it saying that Jerry should call him “Mr. Judas” while Jerry was still angry about Dan (America) voting Jessie out. When Julie talked to HoH Michelle alone she let us know that she wants her parents to be proud. She also talked about being friends with April and how it’s basically for the game at the moment.

Julie then returned back downstairs to administer the live vote. Although some were wavering it was obvious that Libra would go, and she knew it. With 6 - 0 votes, Libra walked out of the house in a good mood and saying that she had “fun”. It’s sad to see Libra go as she brought much drama to the house but the new HoH should do the very same.

During the HoH the houseuguests were given quotes from the diary room made by Brian, Steven, Angie and Jessie. The first person to buzz in would get to say who said the quote, if they were correct they could eliminate someone from the Head of Household. If they were incorrect, they would be out of the challenge. Renny got the first question right and kicked April out. Next up was Dan who also got his correct and booted Jerry from winning. Ollie, Memphis and Dan then answered incorrectly, kicking themselves out of the competition. That left best friends Keesha and Renny. Renny buzzed in last and correctly answered Brian. That gave Renny her first HoH win and shifted the power once again. Who will she put up? It’s going to be an interesting one and another one for the books I’m sure!

Paradise Hotel 2’s Troublemaker Sent Packing

Paradise Hotel 2 No Comments

On the latest Paradise Hotel 2 not one but two guys were sent home. Since two new guys entered the game on the last episode, a double elimination had to occur to balance the game back out as the twists the show is known for begin to pick up. The first elimination came after a very heated Pandora’s Box where Stephanie and Raheim battled it out as Raheim denied that he tried to control Stephanie when they were roommates. She said he told her to not talk to the new guys, which he did say, but he denied it when it was brought up to everyone. TD was then asked to read a ‘Hotel Question’ which asked the girls which guy they would like to see leave the hotel. The show then became survivor-like and the 5 girls cast a vote on who they wanted to leave the game ‘forever’. The most votes went to Johnny, the first new guy to enter Paradise. Although the votes were not revealed, we do know that Tanya voted for him to leave and regretted it afterwards. Johnny left without much fanfare, other then a flip, and made the unevenness of the guy to girl ration ready for the next roommate selection.

Before we could kick another guy out of Paradise drama had to go down of course! With two new guys coming into the game it created a setup for a new alliance to emerge. TD has joined Stephanie and the new guys Aaron and Chris to create a new split in the house. They all agreed that Raheim should go and it seems that Chris is running the show there. Before the elimination would occur though the original guys worried that the game would be changed up. Krista, who is in neither side, realized the split in the house and worried that she would be on the outs next week. It was interesting to see how she picked up immediately on the change of the players and it will be interesting to see which side she selects next week.

At the roommate selection it was time to send another guy home. The two new guys stuck to their alliance and chose TD and Stephanie while James went to new love Lauren and Mike went back ‘finger painting’ buddy Tanya. Krista was stuck with the hard decision of sending someone home and had to decide between Ryan and Raheim. Although she has been friends with Raheim for awhile and from what I can remember never really even talked to Ryan, she picked Ryan as her roommate and sent her friend Raheim home. He left kind of quiet, which I was surprised, and hopefully didn’t take all the drama out with him. Next week a new girl enters Paradise and apparently all the guys are falling for her. A new twist is brought in as well as it seems the new girl has the ‘ultimate power’ over the other girls. That probably means she sends one of them home single handedly and gives the producers another reason to create more drama and change the game how they wish.
