We all know what happened in the Big Brother house over the weekend, if you don’t then you may want to stop reading this recap now as it spoilers the “meltdown” previewed at the end of the show. Following a LONG recap of the previous show the houseguests reacted to the coup d’etat. Jordan was glad that America gave the power to the “right person” while Natalie and Chima hated the fact that Jessie was gone. Chima began her anti-Big Brother spew by calling the eviction bs, but we didn’t actually hear her thanks to a bleep and blurring of her mouth. We also got some post coup and pre-eviction drama as Chima hated on Jeff for using the power. The two quarreled for a bit but the inevitable still happened as Jessie walked out the door.

It then went to the present as Michele won HoH and the power shifted. Chima was not happy with Michele gaining the power but she still felt like things could be ok. She and Michele had bonded during her HoH week and she still wanted Russell out the door. Natalie and Lydia were skeptical though as they felt the house was split with Jordan, Michele, Jeff and Russell all banding together. They did just that as the four sat in the kitchen while the others sat in the red bedroom. The four currently in power discussed Jeff’s coup and he explained why he used it. He wanted the power to shift and all three agreed they were happy to finally be in power.

I’m A Celebrity: Will The Cast Reaccept Heidi & Spencer?

Just when you thought it would be a Speidi-less episode of I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, the duo returns to beg for forgiveness. Before we get into that crazy, most likely fake, drama let’s get to the rest. The show opened up with a montage to Heidi and Spencer, showing them leaving and the “reasons” why. Spencer claimed they thought that the show would let them stay in hotels overnight, basically be fake like their other show. It was obvious something was going on with the two when they showed that, but who knew they’d actually return again? Although the drama kids were gone, Janice and John picked up their spots as the two feuded about soggy boots. Janice had trouble moving the pot of water around the fire and accidentally spilled water into John’s boots. He woke up to find his shoes were wet and had a mini meltdown. Janice apologized but it only got worse from there.

When John asked Janice for shampoo, she denied him. That set John off. I mean he doesn’t have any hair so not sure why he need half of her shampoo, but he felt that she was being inconsiderate considering all that he has done for her. That led John to call Janice some not-so nice names and Janice was shocked. She’s said worse to people though, so I’m surprised she reacted the way she did but it almost seemed like she was about to quit. In the confessional Janice cried and seemed to have a breakdown. John was angry at first and was ok with what he called her, but he eventually realized he reverted to past ways and had a break down himself. The celebs are really showing their true colors, for once, and without Speidi we actually get to see them. John apologized again and again to Janice but she didn’t seem to hear it. She’s sick with bronchitis, can’t you tell?, and that is the reason for her “crazy” behavior. I’ll stick with Angela’s idea though, she’s sick in the head.

A Phil Fake Out On The Latest Amazing Race 14

After one hell of a fight on the last episode of The Amazing Race, it was time to see how it would affect the remainder of the legs. Being that we are down to the Final Four teams there aren’t many left to follow but the drama is still there. Since Kisha/Jen, Tammy/Victor and Margie/Luke checked into China within seconds of each other, they all left around the same time. They remained in China, this time heading to Beijing to get a foot massage. On the way to the airport Kisha/Jen claimed to be over the fight while Tammy/Victor were at the advantage being that they were at the Beijing Olympics and could continue to speak the language. That didn’t get them in first last time though, so it may not be as great as they think. Off third was Luke/Margie who said they would never talk to Kisha/Jen again while Cara/Jaime just wanted to come in first place for the first time.

Beating out the rest, Margie/Luke arrived at the airport first followed by Kisha/Jen who were in traffic. Kisha/Jen then went all Jaime on the airport people, complaining about the non-speaking workers. There was then more tensions as Margie/Luke learned they couldn’t use their card at that counter, Jen and Kisha moved on and jumped into first. Margie didn’t like that too much, but then Kisha/Jen had the same feeling when Tammy/Victor began asking for better seats in Chinese. They got the point though and began asking for that themselves. Maybe they do speak Chinese after all! Cara/Jaime then arrived and made everyone equal, well on the plane at least. As Kisha/Jen walked off on their own the other three teams talked in the lounge. Margie began discussing how Kisha laughed at Luke, once again making everything seem worse then it was.

It’s Fight Night: The Escape Breaks The Reality 4th Wall

The latest Escape is the most dramatic yet as even the host gets in on the fight. On the last episode Chuck was sent home after being twisted out of the game for awhile. Was it fair? Some think not but tonight’s episode sure made up for it. Things started off right with the drama as Amanda’s vote for Joleen made everyone flip out. Everyone targeted Amanda for trying to flip the vote and she revealed that everyone at one point agreed to flip the vote for Joleen. During her confessional Amanda let us know that she’s not having fun anymore and began to cry. It seemed she was the one to start the drama so she ostracized herself. Back in the bedroom an apology came from Amanda which created yet another fight. Shane spoke up that everyone can’t be blamed for switching the vote for Joleen when Amanda was the one to switch it up. Joleen then flipped out on Amanda’s comment and it was an all out girl fight! She claimed that Amanda was getting special treatment from production which sent things into utter mayhem. Amanda, Shane and Joleen began quarreling back and forth with Steven stepping in. Steven is the host and began screaming at Shane for not bring things up to him. I’ve never seen a host of a show get so heated like this, other then Joe Rogan maybe, and I’m not sure if it really fit into the show. I can understand why Steven got mad, it’s his project, but from what was shown Shane wasn’t putting down the show, just putting down Amanda.

With the contestants in the living room Shane apologized and it all seemed fine between the players. Amanda did feel threatened at one point but still stayed to continue, even if she thought she’d be voted out. She told Steven that it wasn’t right for him to act the way he did and to understand the reason people are angry. Production did take away a ton of stuff from the players so they are going to freak out, but its part of the game. Steven then asked for the cameras to be turned off as he and Amanda talked. I was a bit shocked they’d do that considering the players have to get recorded during heated discussion but things escalated. It’s a raw moment for the show when a whole episode revolves around “behind the scenes” stuff but at least they are showing what really happened. Everyone was angry that production reacted to them in such a way, and I can understand why. Rob chimed in and was sick and tired as well, wanting to be voted out because of the state of things. Things suddenly shifted back to game mode though when Shane discussed having his key to a lock. He knew that Amanda was probably next to go, followed by himself. Somehow after that drama the players were called in for their next challenge. They were playing a memory challenge, answering questions based about things during the season. Joey and Shane tied with the most questions correct and had a three question face off to break the tie. It came down to the final question BUT we were greeted the famous “To Be Continued”. Will Shane be safe by winning the exemption and will the drama continue? Tune in next Thursday at 9pm est to The Escape on BlogTV to find out.

Pinch Pod 1 As She’s Walking Out Of Her Solitary 3.0 Pod

On the last Solitary 3.0 we saw not one but two pod people go home as one quit due to failure and another simply because their butt was hurting. Ok so Val basically pushed two players over the limit but they opted out of the challenge, leaving us at 8 pod members and time for more torture. Since those still sitting on the small octagon do not know anyone has opted out they were still playing to stay in the game. Pods 3 and 9 were happy to still be in the game, and to be off their stools, while the four others were all still in pain. Pod 1 was the first down followed by 5. Pod 5 was playing it smart and jumped down when she believed she was safe. She wants to make sure make sure she has strength for the future, and will probably go far because of that. The two remaining pods: 2 and 8 learned after about 90 minutes that their treatment was over. Val played a small trick on them though, giving them a spiked seat that nobody in their right mind would sit on. They were happy when learning it was over but one, Pod 3, actually almost sat on the spike seat!

With everyone finished with the stool torturing the beds popped out of the wall and everyone jumped into bed. Val was only giving them 30 minutes to sleep though, causing some to freak out while others just seemed more tired. Since Pods 1 and 2 got to talk to their loved ones before the challenge everyone else got a taste of love. Pod 2 got a call from her dad while Pod 8 was called from her boyfriend. Pod 7 got a call from his mom while Pod 4 (annoying RobRob got called from his brother. Pod 5 got the call from her fiance while Pod 9 from his girlfriend. All were happy to talk to their loved ones and Pod 3 revealed she may not want to remain in the game anymore. Her dad told her to stay strong but we’ll see how long the quitter doesn’t quit.

Solitary 3.0 Returns With New Twist & Tortures

Solitary is back for version 3.0 to torture and “experiment” with 10 new victims. On Solitary 3.0 contestants are placed into separate pods, alone and without any knowledge of who their competitors are. Tonight the third season began with a new twist, two people start per pod with one being removed before the game even officially begins. The show has a range of characters with one being a strange man who built his own pod… preparing for the show. As the contestants entered the pod they found themselves with a partner. All were a bit shocked by their non-empty pod but were told they would soon be entering solitary alone and this would be the last human interaction they have before they leave the game. RobRob, the crazy fan guy, tried all the treatments ever on the show and obviously is ready for the game. He seems a bit psycho and will surely be a force to reckon with.

As the players got to know their partners, they were told they had to compete to stay in the game. The weakest would not enter Solitary but rather leave the game before the game even begins. Each of the 10 players were told that Solitary was worse then the road to hell as they had to earn their right to stay. In order to pass the first test they had to ally with the person in their pod, running laps around a rock covered path. The three teams who completed the most laps in thirty minutes would fill in six of the pods while the two remaining teams would fight to stay. All started off well, running around the path…. well all but the yellow pod who walked most the way. After the first round Val let them all know that their first laps, with shoes, was just round one. They then had to take off their shoes for round two and all set off to run around the rocks again. All complained this time around but socks had to be removed for the final round. Nobody was excited for this one but pushed through the pain just to start the game. When all rounds were said and done the pink, brown and green pods were the winners and guaranteed themselves a spot in the nine pods. Yellow and orange were the last two teams and had to race individually for the right to stay.
