After several weeks, many eliminations and two quitters, Hoopz won I Love Money with a comeback win over Whiteboy. On the last elimination episode both Toastee and Pumpkin were eliminated, leaving the final four of Real, Hoopz, Whiteboy and Megan. All three wanted to win but with Megan the only one not in the alliance she realized that the only way to make it to the end would be to win the role of Pay Master. At the final Pay Master challenge the final four reenacted a fond moment from Flavor of Love 2. In that season Buckeyee almost pushed Krazy over the balcony and they were about to do the same.

For the challenge the fastest person to carry a Krazy doll over a suspended pathway, throw the doll over the balcony at the end and then return to the other side would win. Megan was up first and after getting halfway across the platform she fell, dropping the Krazy doll and disqualifying her. Hoopz was up next and although she quickly got across and threw Krazy over the balcony, she forgot to return and that hurt her time. Next up was Real and after completing the task only a few seconds past Hoopz’s time he was no longer in the running. That left Whiteboy to try his hand and with a time of 16 seconds he beat Hoopz out to become the final Pay Master of the game.

Million Dollar Password Revives An Old Favorite

Ok so I know I’ve complained how the new game shows these days act like reality shows yet aren’t. I also know that Million Dollar Password is no where near a reality show but I’m liking it so much I’m bending my own rule just a bit. So CBS revived one of my favorite game shows: Password. I was once addicted to Game Show Network so I’ve seen countless episodes of the old version. Thew NEW Password now has a million dollar prize, fancy new lights, a new host and well a new stance: standing. I know it’s not much but the new version truly does trump the old one in my opinion. It’s more flashy, has a great new “rougher” attitude and is a ton of fun! Regis Philbin is the host and is doing a great job so far. He knows most of the celebrities on the show so it’s fun to see him interact with both them and the contestants. They’ve also had a few good celebrities so far: Neil Patrick Harris, Rachel Ray, Tony Hawk, Rosie O’Donnell and even Betty White (who was awesome by the way)!

Million Dollar Password takes two celebrities and two contestants and pits them in a game of words. In the beginning an elimination challenge takes place where each celebrities plays with each contestant twice. In one round the celebrity will be shown a word and they must give the contestant one word clues as to what their word is. They have a set time limit on how long they have to get the five words for a round and once that’s’ done the celebrity and contestant switch positions. Once that’s done the player with the most points gets to play for the million dollars. Here it’s a solo round where only the winning contestant and the celebrity they did best with play to reach a certain amount of words. Each round the number of words and the difficulty of words increase until they either fault o reach the amount or they take the amount of money they are currently at. It’s finally a game show where people actually have to have SOME skill to play and it’s bringing a ton of entertainment and fun to the summer season! If you want to check out Million Dollar Password its on CBS on Sundays at 8. Sometimes it’s on Thursdays at 8 as well but not sure how often.

Here are some of the fun segments on that were on the show so far:
