The three guys of Ghost Adventures are back and tonight Zak, Nick and Aaron are entering the Preston School in California. It’s a juvenile home with an unsolved murder case and 26 who died inside its walls. The show began like the rest, interviewing the locals and learning about the history of the building. The school was for young boys who lived and learning int he building. Growing their own food and working around the grounds in hopes of helping “angry boys”. It seems there were some fights in its day as there were several killings and one local called it just as bad as a prison. They were then joined by Gloria of Ghost Trackers who filled them in on the hot spots of the building. They learned that there were several holes in the floors and it was rather unsafe, especially to be walking around at night. The ward was one of the most busy spots in the building and the first X of the night was placed, one of many. After learning about the inner part of the building the guys searched for the graveyard and tried to find tow boys who died while trying to escape. Samuel Goins is the one they were looking for and apparently he’s the one who haunts the building, guess we’ll find out in a bit.

Before getting locked down for good the guys learned more about the killings in the school. The head housekeeper was killed inside and the murderer is still unknown. She was brutally beaten and a killer was suspected but never caught. Back inside Gloria showed the guys the room of the housekeeper and it seems possessions take place in there. The room where she died was their next location and Zak felt shivers while entering it. That could be a good sign for the lock down and I’m sure they’ll head their rather quickly. They had some camera and mic issues in the room and believed it to be a spirit, not sure if that’s the case but with all the interviewers talking this place seems kind of crazy. Once the sun set the guys FINALLY got locked down and it was about time. The best parts are the investigations and after 20 minutes of history thank god they finally went in.

The Guys Fight Off Snakes On New Ghost Adventures

Last week the Ghost Adventures crew went International. Back in the US it was time for another penitentiary, this time in Bousie, Idaho. The location this time was just as violent as all the others. At least two people have been attacked by spirits, one being pushed and another having their head squeezed. Most activity occurred in the most violent building: 5 House. Here locks reached only from the inside have been activated, along with breaker switches being the opposite then when they were left. Smaller sighting occurred in single cells such as a shadow sighting and orbs. Not only was the activity seen in the prison also the town and its businesses. Raymond Snowden was hung in the prison and many have seen his spirit roaming around the town. The reason they believe he remains a ghost is due to this hanging. It took Ray 15 to 16 minutes to struggle to death, making Zak call him out before the investigation even began. Also before going into the lock down the guys decided to hike up the nearby mountains. There they found several snakes and decided to play with them. Not sure what snakes have to do with hunting ghosts but apparently they found it fun.

Once locked down in the prison the guys marked down their static cameras on a map of the grounds. Once going dark the guys learned the darkness was not their friend. While running to the Rose Garden, Zak tripped on one of the fences, trying to track noises that they heard. After marking some more cameras it was time to head to the shower room. Here Aaron was locked inside as a “gift” and things began immediately. A shadow was caught on their camera, or so they say, and his water bottle lifted from his pocket. With Aaron still in the shower room, Nick and Zak went into 5 House. Alone, Aaron felt the presence of spirits but nothing else was caught. He then joined the others and it was time to head to solitary confinement. Nick then took his turn being alone and also felt something around him. He also caught an EVP saying “So say what?”, which sounded like static to me, and doors slamming shut but that’s about it.

Nick then decided to venture into the hole by himself and noticed that a door, that was closed earlier, was now shut. A strange voice was found on his recorded, nothing sounded intelligible but it was very much so a voice. Back in 5 House, Zak decided to call out Ray Snowden. A noose was used to try and draw the spirit of Ray out and it surely did. Zak felt as if something was grabbing his arm and a shadow was also caught behind him. He then decided to set up the noose and began to feel ill. The guys then met back up and decided to visit the location where a news reporter felt his head squeezed. Zak began his “provocation” act to reenact the scenario. While talking to the air, orbs were said to be caught on digital pictures. It ended up being a piece of dust, showing they aren’t as paranormal crazy as I thought. Before leaving, somewhat empty handed, the guys tried a new experiment. What they wanted to do was capture ghost pictures using feedback from a video camera pointing at the TV. At one of the frames a dark hooded figure is seen on the screen. Those who are said to have seen Ray’s figure say he wears a hood. The guys believe this figure could be Ray and the specialists agreed. So it seems the commercials hyped this episode way more then it should have. The snakes were probably the most exciting thing, and I’m pretty sure their lack of findings forced them to put that segment in.

Ghost Adventures – Underground In Edinburgh, Scotland

Ghost Adventures is back and its time to go international in Edinburgh, Scotland to investigate their underground vaults. The vaults are said to be the most haunted places in the entire world. The underground vaults were home to the poor and criminals, creating a very harsh and violent area. Body snatchers were also said to store their “kills” there and they were only recently discovered when the rubble was cleared. All the people that they interviewed said that they have felt things in the vaults. One never believed in spirits, but her times underneath change that quickly. Not one but two people said that pregnant women experienced sickness and spirits in the cobbler’s vault. A small ball is also said to be playing in another room named Jack. The boy is said to throw stones and tug coats but things moved on to an evil spirit. His name is Mr. Boots who has no eyes or nose and tends to shout “get out”! Mr. Boots is apparently violent as one women was pushed into the wall and other have had rocks thrown at them.

The bridge within the town is also said to be cursed along with the vaults themselves. Seven days before christening the vault, the women who was to do so died. She was then pushed over the bridge, in her casket, and that’s when the curse is said to have begun. Finally getting to the vaults, the guys went down with the man who researched the vaults when they were first discovered. In Mr. Boots’ room it is said that a woman’s body was found… dead. Because of that many avoid that section of the room, without prior knowledge of the death. Aaron then saw and heard something in the camera and the man giving the tour said that happens often. In Jack’s room the man said a small boy’s hand can be felt grabbing your own while the cobbler’s room is where pregnant women feel ill. While in the cobbler’s room, Aaron’s camera was malfunctioning and acting rather strange. While there was blur around Zak, there was none around the man giving the tour. The camera then shut off completely, beginning their lock down on a very eerie note.

Shadow Hands & Orb Attacks On Ghost Adventures

New Jersey is the home of the latest Ghost Adventures as they take on their biggest lock down yet. Located somewhere in New Jersey, an unnamed penitentiary is where the three guys searched for ghosts. They weren’t allowed to reveal the name or location of the penitentiary but it sure seemed promising. With over 10,000 deaths on the 90 acre grounds, the guys found out that many have already experienced paranormal activity. One man was creating an independent film inside the building on the grounds when a strange “hello” was caught on camera. Another eyewitness also said that a swoosh of cold air continues to pass by everyone who enters. Torte was rampant throughout the time the penitentiary was open as electric shock and water torture was used to calm the “mentally insane”. A tunnel underneath all of the buildings also played a role in the investigation as they connect all buildings. Spirits had been heard yelling “help” in the tunnels along with strange paintings on the walls pointing to death. The final location before the lock down as the morgue. There they found body shelves and of course one of them was going to be laying in there for a bit.

With the guys locked down it was time to get to the investigation but things started off rather bad. Zak poked Nick in the eye, saying it was “dangerous” for being pitch black but they moved on. In the hallway a nurse was said to be seen. The dark light was back in action but while waving it around the guys felt and heard something. They could hear something talking after asking questions, followed by a door making a loud noise. The voice was heard again, and captured on tape, so they continued to investigate the nurse. To “lure” her out Zak decided to put himself in a straight jacket and sit in the room. The stunt caught a man’s voice on an EVP and a strange voice when used to make one. With that the guys left the nurse alone and headed down into the tunnels.

Being in the tunnel only a few minutes some craziness went down. Zak caught a very strange shadow hand popping into his camera and freaked everyone out. It was pretty strange but sure seemed real, well shadow real. Being in the darkened tunnels made things a bit confusing for the guys. They ended up in the morgue where it was time for Nick to sleep in the death shelf. While Nick was in the shelf the other two guys went back into the tunnels to do some EVPs. The two found a new building, leaving Nick really alone and set to freak out. The voices returned, both for Zak/Aaron and also Nick. He heard someone outside the morgue while also catching an EVP saying “die”. He then started experiencing chills throughout his body along with knocking on the door. With the knocking it was time for Nick to get out but the door was still locked. Zak and Aaron knew something was up when Nick wouldn’t respond so they searched for their way back into the morgue. With doors locking and strange feelings everyone was freaking out. Zak thought someone was following them while Nick was going crazy. After an hour in the morgue Nick was finally free when the guys found him. When outside the morgue Nick was hit by an orb, followed by a red mark on his face and pain. The crew feels it could have been a spirit slapping Nick in the face, all caught on tape through an orb.

Crew Investigate Sloss Furnace On Ghost Adventures

Ghost Adventures returns this week and takes on the Sloss Furnace, an iron mill in Alabama. When learning about the furnace the three guys were told that paranormal activity has been very prominent even before the furnace was shut down. Many men lost their lives working at the furnace due to the danger of the job. Two men fell into the furnace while several fell from the steps and platforms which are over 200 feet tall. One man was actually crushed with a large spinning wheel while two others were boiled from falling into a large vat of water. It was a very nasty job and many died doing it, creating the ghostly environment that the guys quickly encountered. One of the main haunts was Slag, an angry boss at the plant. They were told he was seen, and felt, in a hidden tunnel underneath the plant and they were curious if he would show for them. Two other researches who spent the night at the plant both said they were hurt from the ghost. One was slapped across the face while the others lungs were “squeezed”. Don’t know if I believe either but at least they built up the suspense.

As the nights investigation began things started rather early. While the guys were moving their equipment in Zak spotted a guy walking through one of the doors. It put everyone in the mood for the hunt and sent them directly into the hidden tunnel. There they heard footsteps but one experience beat any of them. Aaron was poked in the eye by, what they presume, was a spirit. He wanted to leave the tunnel right there and then but they made him continue only to hear more footsteps and freaking them out even more. They then decided to move outside for a bit and were surprised by a glowing light. They checked to see what it was but nothing was found. A mist was also caught on their one static cam, they weren’t there to check what it was though so it could have been anything. After moving down into the boiler room the guys starting hearing more noises but realized they should separate.

With Aaron in the control room Nick headed off to the hidden tunnel while Zak went back into the boiler room. Alone in the tunnel Nick was able to catch an EVP saying “I hate Zak”. Zak was having another spirit hate him at the same time as he pushed for Slag to show himself. He didn’t really show himself but did make himself heard. Zak continued hearing knocking on the pipes and caught an EVP saying “come here”. Back down in the tunnel Nick was having some more activity. He heard someone say “come on” right behind him, scaring him out of his seat and sending him running. Following that a mist showed on the screen with a prominent figure of an arm. It was hard to see but still very interesting and shows just how active the plant is. Following the investigation they took their findings to California for cleaning up. The guy who was helping them was able to make the EVPs sound much clearer and some of the mist clearer as well. Hopefully next week they find some more ghosts as they take on another penitentiary, this time in New Jersey.

Ghost Adventures Investigate Haunted Riddle House

Posted by REALITY REHASH on November 7, 2008 under Ghost Adventures, Travel Channel

After a few runs of somewhat dead finds Ghost Adventures return with an extremely active house: The Riddle House. Location in Palm Beach, Florida the Riddle House contains several spirits found in a very active neighborhood. The house once stood several blocks away and was moved to its current location while the ghosts tagged along. As the stories go it seems the most active, and most violent, spirit is named Joseph and haunts the attic. The spirit is said to be of a man who hung himself in the attic, using both a noose and ladder. One eyewitness claims that every ladder ever used in the house had been moved or knocked over at some time. Other activity was also found when construction on the house occurred as a beam was shot across the room, hitting one of the workers in the head.

Along with the three guys this episode also introduced a local psychic who went through the house without any prior knowledge of it. The guys invited the psychic to take a tour with them and she revealed many things that were true. Downstairs she could already feel that the house was active and told the guys they were going to be in for a wild night. On the second floor she correctly stated that people were heard talking in a child’s room and claimed it to be the start of a fight that caused the hanging. She hesitated going into the attic but did so anywhere. There she revealed that the man was hung and claimed his name to be Joseph. Both facts were true so it seemed like she was right on with her psychic ability. The psychic continued to be very agitated in the attic and told the guys the spirit was not happy with them there. He didn’t like Aaron especially, giving him in invite to sit in the room alone.

With their initial tours over it was time for the guys to get locked down. Before their actual investigation occurred thing already started to happen. Several minutes after placing a two by four on the top of the steps it moved without anything or anyone touching it. As the guys went to investigate a flag fell in the living room, something the curator said would most likely happen. It seems any flags they put in the building disappear or simply break. The temperature of the building was also strange as many spots were showing signs of coldness yet they were in the middle of summer in Florida. Upstairs in the attic both Nick and Zak left Aaron to sit and wait. While Aaron was upstairs the other two guys decided to do some EVPs in the living room. While setting up a loud bang was heard in the kitchen but nothing was found to be disturbed. They returned to the living room, rather frazzled, but not as much as Aaron was. While up in the attic Aaron was taunting the spirit of the man who hung himself. After saying that killing yourself is a cowardly act, a loud bang occurred which sent Aaron running downstairs. The guys went to meet him and in doing so heard another knocking in the kitchen. It seemed like things were falling all around them and somewhat out of control. After reviewing their tape it was shown that a birdcage fell in the attic. It doesn’t seem like it could have just fell without anything but rather it was pushed off the table. All in all it was one of the better episodes for Ghost Hunters so far. Next week they take us to a cement factory, that should be a good one!
